Terms of service

These terms cover buying from the Divine Daily Dose shop at shop.divinedailydose.com. The shop is run by Divine Daily Dose, 9250 Reseda Blvd, Unit 10015, Northridge, CA 91324, United States. The devotionals and articles on divinedailydose.com have their own terms of use at divinedailydose.com/terms.

Orders

When you place an order you are offering to buy the items in it. We accept the offer when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a price was shown in error or a personalization cannot be produced. If we do, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your currency at checkout and include or exclude tax as shown there. Payment is taken when you place the order and is processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see your full card number.

Personalization

You are responsible for the text and images you enter. Please check spelling, dates and names before you order, because pieces are made exactly as entered. Do not upload images you do not have the right to use. We may refuse personalization that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights.

Colors and images

We show pieces as accurately as we can, but screens differ, and made to order items can vary slightly from the photos.

Returns, refunds and shipping

These are covered by our refund policy and shipping policy, which form part of these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. If you live outside the United States, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
