Shipping policy

Every piece is made to order and then shipped. The shipping options and costs for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Standard shipping is free on orders of $80 and above (or the equivalent in your currency), in every country we ship to.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the countries of the European Union.

How long it takes

An order is made first and then shipped, so the total time is production plus delivery. Each shipping option at checkout carries an estimate for your address. Carrier and customs delays do happen, especially near holidays and for international orders. If timing matters, order early and ask us if you are unsure.

Tracking

You will get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

International orders

Your country may charge import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives. Unless the checkout says they are included, they are not part of our price and are paid to the carrier or your customs authority.

If it does not arrive

If tracking has stopped moving or the parcel never arrives, email hello@divinedailydose.com with your order number. We will work it out with you, including a replacement or a refund where the parcel is lost.
